Before you go
How do I book, and how early?
Send your date, time, passengers and addresses on WhatsApp or through the form. We confirm the price and assign a car. One to two days ahead is usually enough; for public holidays, the Canton Fair or big concerts, book a week ahead.
What does the price include?
Tolls, border and parking fees and the driver are all included. Departures between 22:00 and 07:00 add HK$100. Extra waiting time or additional stops are quoted before you confirm.
Do we have to get out at the border?
At most crossings you clear immigration on board. At some ports, or for certain documents, passengers walk through and rejoin the same car. We will tell you in advance based on your documents.
What documents do I need?
Hong Kong residents need a Home Return Permit. International visitors need a passport plus a valid visa or eligibility for visa-free entry. Children need their own documents.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Payment options are shared when your booking is confirmed. If you need to change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible; the terms in your confirmation apply.
When do you reply? What about urgent late-night trips?
